Like the security of knowing bag is protect while moving around. However a little disappointed that pants have a tendency to slip down as bag fills up.great idea but not very good for summer... sweats a lot.I would like a opening on the right side or left where the Foley Cath can come out above the urine bag and not go thru the one called forThis product is really good for a one piece underwear for a suprapubic catheter. I bought it for my husband and it is the best answer for comfort so far. It may be a little warm in the summer. We will wait to see how that goes. A note to the person who created this product. The nozzle that comes out the bottom of the leg is problematic in a couple of ways. It hits my husband right near the knee. Being a very active man, it is uncomfortable when he kneels. Also, if it were placed more to the side of his leg, the nozzle might stay closed better. Once in a while it leeks. He really does love the product and I find that it is very good quality and easy to wash. I am writing this review in case in the inventor of this product might read this and make an improvement from making it a good product to a great one.I am a 73 year old man with limited flexibility (cannot see my body between my waist and knees) and limited vision (have only 1 eye and have lost 50% of my vision in the other due to a stroke) with prostate and bladder problems which require a permanent catheter for at least 3-4 months.Usage of the this product turned by life around 100%. Due to my physical problems, I could not empty a leg bag attached directly to the leg. This required me to be dependent on my wife whenever I needed to empty the bag. With the design of these shorts, the drainage value is at knee level and I am now able to take care of my own needs.Pain and discomfort associated with the catheter has also gone down. Using a catheter extension with the shorts has completely eliminated the pain I was experiencing every time I took a step (due to positioning of the bag )A different review of this product have complained about not being able to have a BM without disconnecting the catheter. I do not experience that. The shorts are stretchable and with the addition of an extension, I have no problem managing on my own without disconnecting (again - freedom for me! not having to rely on others)A different review of this product also complained about the fact they couldn't wear underwear under the shorts and these were too expensive for underwear - while this is true, you wear them without underwear , for me, the extra cost of having "expensive" underwear allows me to resume my normal life. I now have 3 pairs. 1 to wear, 1 to wash and 1 as a backup incase of an accident. Well worth the expense.One final comment - I am also very please with the companies response to emailed questions. Quick to reply, response to the questions being asked.Love the concept! Unfortunately it was just way too hard for my 80+ dad to put these on. And the price was prohibitive for him to be able to buy several pair. Had to return. But I sure wish they had a product like this that was geared toward a user with pain and mobility concerns. We’d give them a try!…. No way he could contort and gyrate to get these on.excellent comfort, well designed. So much better than normal bags and straps.This product has changed my dad’s life. After a number of life changing bladder surgeries he felt like he had lost himself. These underwear have given him his freedom back. They are very well designed, comfortable, and very well made. They hold the urine bag and catheter in place extremely well. My dad confidently shares his “review” with all of his friends and doctors. We are amazed that not a single healthcare provider has ever heard of these. Everyone is impressed. We’re shouting from the rooftops! Thank you CathWear, for an amazing product.I love this product as a young person who struggles with her catheter this was amazing it stopped the tugging it was discreet I forgot I even had the catheter at one pointSize wise I bought the 2xl which is uk 22-26 I’ve got quite a sticky out bottom so I currently can’t get them pulled all the way up but it hasn’t stopped me wearing them it’s just something to bear in mind when orderingWonderful product.With a nephrostomy and catheter: yet strong enough to walk, the bags were a nightmare of tangled dragging tubes. With cancer causing up and down bloating the usual method of elastic straps was such a hassle as they became loose and slipped to the ground or quickly became overly tight. Constant fear of tubes snagging.This CathWear pair of shorts was the solution to our needs. Slip on the underwear, run the tubes as best suits your needs to bags. Bags are now in secure pockets instead of dangling on unreliable drooping or pinching elastic straps.The aesthetics returned confidence and the design returned mobility, making a walk pleasurable again.These shorts keep the bags in place without tight straps around the legs. They also keep the tubs from wondering, making it much easier to get in and out of the car and up and down from the sofa. Improvement's would be a tighter waistband. I wish to that the strap that holds the tube could be velcro the struggle is real to get the bags through the opening. If the opening at the bottom of the pocket where the taps came through were velcro that would be easier too. Ma femme a donc cousu deux boutons dans le haut de la poche qui s’attache après les deux ganses du sac à jambe.Culotte Cathwear a pochette pour sac a jambe et plus ! Plusieurs tunels incorporés a la culotte pour satisfaire l'homme que je suis avec sac a jambe, qui veux porter des culotte courte pour l'ete et camoufflé son sac !!! Merveilleuse découverte j'adore ces culotte et je les conseille a tous .
