Very bulky when having it in your pocket. Can’t really tell if the UV light is working. Overall it’s great to use when you travel. Just make sure you put it in a bag.My daughter loves using it, she says it makes a difference in the cleaning and taste. I have noticed that it holds the charge for less time as it did when it was new.The battery lasted for a while, and I put it in charge and it stopped working permanently. Is there any warranty to this product?Update: the company reached out and shipped me a new one very fastOnly had for a little over a month. Was working great until the charging port became unglued. I opened it and the charging port was moving freely. Will never buy again! For $30 dollars I expected it to last longer! Wasted money!It was cool, but broke after only 2 months. Very fragile for something you are supposed to be able to use daily.EDIT: increasing to 4 stars, company quickly sent over a replacement!This case was great while it lasted. I had it for three weeks and used the UV light to clean my retainer every morning and night. Now I try to fully charge it each night and have had issues with retaining the charge. I reached out to the company and got a very quick and wonderful response. They sent out a replacement and were pleasant to work with! I love how this UV light disinfects my Invisalign and has a timer with a beep to let me know when it is done. It also takes the strong odor away and I am very happy with this product!This retainer case works great! My retainers used to get so smelly in the case but now the smell is gone with the use of this case. The charges lasts for quite a while before you have to plus in the case to charge it back up again.Been using for several months for my Invisalign trays. When it won’t turn on, I just wipe the contacts & back in business!
